All fine, but internet issues.

Amazing location, beautiful and clean interiors.

Receptionist doesn't care about your concerns, WiFi is turned off at 23:00 hrs (approx), no air conditioned, noisy.

The excellent food was a good touch.

The noise from the hallway and street is disruptive, especially without proper soundproofing. A larger bathroom with more storage would make a significant difference!!!

Main Zocalo, convenient for exploring. The room felt cramped and lacked some basic amenities. I appreciate the mini-market next door.

I had really great days staying at this moderately priced hotel. Got fine, good-sized room with 2 double beds. The venue was placed 0.5 miles away from the airport.

Didn't like the area, it was really noisy.

All in all the hotel is BEAUTIFUL DESIGNED, it has highly courteous staff and comfy rooms.

The location is ideal, just a short walk to the lively zocalo while avoiding the street noise. My room was cozy with a private bathroom that had free toiletries, hot shower, and clean tile floors. There's a mini-market next door for snacks. Staff were super cute and helpful throughout my stay.

The Gala offers a fantastic location, with access to local attractions and a vibrant atmosphere. The staff provided really good service, quickly assisting with all my business needs. My stay in the Standard Room was comfortable and clean.

Need aircon and fridge in rooms. That way rooms with no outside windows can be kept cool and also lesson noise by blocking up windows

The hotel offers parking at a public parking place for 30 MXN from 10pm to 8am. Each hour outside this time costs 18 MXN.

Had an awesome group trip with friends! We explored Monte Alban and Mitla, both must-see spots. The location couldn't be better, just steps from the lively Zocalo. Rooms were clean, and the staff were helpful. Just a heads up, be prepared for some stairs, but we enjoyed the exercise and loved the vibe.

It can get a bit noisy inside the hotel. Conversations from neighboring rooms are pretty clear, which might disturb some.
